1. Your relationship with BankProps
1.1 A legal agreement between you and BankProps governs your use of BankProps's services and websites (referred to collectively as the "Services" in this document). 'BankProps’ is a Hyderabad-based company (Mindspace , Hitech City Hyderabad). In this document, some of the terms of the agreement are explained and detailed.
1.2 You will always be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document unless otherwise agreed in writing with BankProps. The "Universal Terms" are described below.
1.3 Additionally to the Universal Terms, the terms of any Legal Notices applicable to the Services will be included in your agreement with BankProps. "Additional Terms" refer to all of these. Using a Service will provide you with access to Additional Terms that apply to that Service both within and through its use.
1.4 Your use of the Services is governed by the Universal Terms, and the Additional Terms. Please take the time to read them carefully. The "Terms" refer to this legal agreement collectively.
1.5 If any conflict between the Additional Terms and the Universal Terms occurs it shall be resolved by the Additional Terms.
2. Accepting the Terms
2.1 The Terms must first be agreed to before you may not use the Services.
2.2 You can accept the Terms by:
(A) Whenever you are presented with this option by BankProps in the user interface for a Service, you may accept or agree to the Terms; or
(B) The actual use of the Services. The use of the Services after that point will be regarded by BankProps as acceptance of the Terms.
2.3 Using the Services and accepting the Terms is prohibited if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract.
2.4 The Universal Terms should be printed or saved for your records before continuing.
3. Provision of the Services by BankProps
3.1 Providing the best possible experience for its users is BankProps' constant goal. BankProps may change the form and nature of the Services from time to time without prior notice to you.
3.2 As BankProps reserves the right to stop providing the Services (or any features within the Services) at any time, permanently or temporarily, without prior notice to you. If you no longer wish to use the Services, you may do so at any time. Stopping using the Services does not require you to inform BankProps specifically.
3.3 It is acknowledged and agreed that if BankProps disables access to your account, you may not be able to access the Services, your account details, or any files or other content saved therein.
3.4 Despite BankProps not currently sseta fixed upper limit on the number of services, you may request, such fixed upper limits may be set by BankProps at any time.
4. Use of the Services by you
4.1 As part of the registration process for Services, or as part of your continued use of the Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details). By registering with BankProps, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4.2 Unless otherwise specified in the Terms, you may only use the Services for purposes permitted by the Terms and by applicable laws, regulations, or generally accepted practices or guidelines.
4.3 The Services may only be accessed (or attempted to be accessed) through BankProps's interface unless otherwise agreed by BankProps in a separate agreement. Any automated means of accessing the Services (including the use of scripts or web crawlers) are expressly forbidden and you agree to comply with any instructions contained in any robots.txt files.
4.4 It is your responsibility not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the networks and servers that connect to the Services).
4.5 The Services may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, traded, or resold by you unless specifically permitted by a separate agreement with BankProps.
4.6 Any breach of your obligations under the Terms by you or any third party will be solely your responsibility (and BankProps will have no responsibility to you or any third party) and any consequences (including any loss or damage that BankProps may suffer).
5. Your passwords and account security
5.1 As a user of the Services, you agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
5.2 All activities under your account are solely your responsibility, and you agree to be solely responsible for BankProps.
5.3 BankProps agrees to be notified immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account at (support@bankprops.in).
6. Privacy and your personal information
6.1
For information about BankProps’s data protection practices, please read BankProps’s privacy policy. Using the Services may require you to provide BankProps with personal information. This policy explains how BankProps treats that information.
6.2 BankProps will use your data by its privacy policies.
7. Proprietary rights
7.1 Unless otherwise expressly stated, BankProps (or BankProps’s licensors) own all legal, title, and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights that may exist in the Services (whether registered or not, wherever they might exist in the world). Furthermore, you acknowledge that the Services may contain confidential information from BankProps, which you shall not disclose without BankProps' prior written permission.
7.2 There is no right for you to use any of BankProps's trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features in the Terms unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7.3 Copyright and trademark notices which may be affixed to or contained within the Services may not be removed, obscured, or altered.
7.4 You agree to not use any trade mark, service mark, trade name, or logo of any company or organization in a way that is likely or intended to confuse the owner or authorized user of such marks, names, or logos unless BankProps expressly authorizes you to do so in writing.
8. Content in the Services
8.1 The individual from whom the information was sourced (such as data files, written text, computer software, photographs, videos, or other images) is solely responsible for any information (such as data files, written text, computer software, photographs, videos, or other images) which you may access as part of, or by using, the Services. The "Content" refers to all such information.
8.2 BankProps may provide you with Content as part of the Services, including advertisements within the Services and sponsored Content within the Services, that may be protected by intellectual property rights owned by the sponsors or advertisers who provide that Content to us (or by other persons or companies on their behalf). It is not permitted to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this Content except by a separate agreement with BankProps or the owner of the Content.
8.3 Any or all Content may be pre-screened, reviewed, flagged, filtered, modified, refused, or removed by BankProps without prior notice.
8.4 Use of the Services may expose you to Content that you may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and, therefore, you use the Services at your own risk.
8.5 Any Content that you create, transmit or display while using the Services is solely your responsibility (and BankProps has no responsibility to you or any third party for this) and you are responsible for the consequences of your actions (including any loss or damage that BankProps may suffer) as a result.
9. Ending your relationship with BankProps
9.1 Unless otherwise stated, the Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or BankProps.
9.2 BankProps allows you to terminate your legal agreement with the company at any time by notifying the company and closing your accounts for all Services that you are using, where BankProps offers this option to you. It is recommended that you send your notice in writing to the address listed at the beginning of these terms, which is BankProps's address.
9.3 BankProps may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you if:
(A) Any provision of the Terms has been breached (or in a manner that clearly shows you are not intending to, or incapable of complying with the Terms);
(B) BankProps is legally compelled to do so (such as if some of the Services are unlawful);
(C) You are no longer receiving the Services from the partner with whom BankProps offered the Services to you; or
(D) The BankProps Services will no longer be available to users in your country of residence or from which you use the Service; or
9.5 Upon termination of these Terms, you and BankProps will be able to continue all of the legal rights, obligations, and liabilities you and BankProps have gained, been subjected to (or accrued over time since the Terms were in force) or expressly stated to continue indefinitely. This cessation shall not affect these rights, obligations, and liabilities, and paragraph 16.7 will continue to apply to them indefinitely.
10. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
10.1 These terms, including sections 9 and 11, do not exclude or limit BankProp's warranty or liability for losses not otherwise lawfully excluded or limited. Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or conditions, or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage resulting from negligence, breach of contract, or breach of implied terms. Our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction and only the limitations that are lawful in your jurisdiction will apply.
10.2 You expressly understand and agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk and that the services are provided "as is" and “as available.”
10.3 Specifically, BankProps does not represent or warrant that:
(a) You will be satisfied with the services you receive,
(b) There will be no interruptions, delays, security breaches, or errors in the use of these services,
(c) Using the services will result in accurate or reliable information, and
(d) Software provided to you as part of the services will be corrected if there are any defects.
10.4 Downloading or otherwise obtaining any material through the services is done at your discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or other device or data loss.
10.5 Neither BankProps nor the services, whether oral or written, shall create any warranty not expressly stated.
10.6 Moreover, BankProps expressly disclaims all implied, express, and statutory warranties and conditions, including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 In addition to the overall provision in paragraph 9.1, you agree that BankProps shall not be liable to you for:
(A) Damages incurred by you, however, caused and under any theory of liability, including direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential, or exemplary damages. Intangible losses include, but are not limited to, any loss of profit (whether directly or indirectly incurred), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, any loss of data, and the cost of obtaining replacement goods or services;
(B) Loss or damage you may incur, including, but not limited to, loss or damage caused by:
(I) The services are not responsible for any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of the advertising, or for any transactions, you may have with any advertiser or sponsor;
(II) Whenever BankProps makes changes to the services or ceases to provide the services (or any features within the services);
(III) Content or other communications data has been deleted, corrupted, or failed to be stored by or through the services;
(III) Inaccurate account information provided to BankProps;
(IV) Passwords or account information you fail to keep secure and confidential;
11.2 BankProps' liability to you shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in paragraphs 10.1 above, regardless of whether it has been informed of or should have known about the possibility of any such losses.
12. Copyright and trademark policies
12.1 Upon receiving notices of alleged copyright infringement, BankProps responds by applicable international intellectual property law (including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and terminates repeat infringers' accounts.
13. Advertisements
13.1 Adverts and promotions may be displayed on some of the Services if they are supported by advertising revenue. Information stored on the Services queries made through the Services, or other information may be targeted with these advertisements.
13.2 There may be changes in the manner, mode, and extent of advertising by BankProps on the Services without specific notice to you.
13.3 In BankProps may place such advertising on the Services in consideration of providing access to and use of the Services.
14. Refunds/Cancellations Policy
14.1 Digital products cannot be refunded or canceled once they have been confirmed.

15. Other content
15.1 Links to other websites, content, or resources may be included in the Services. A website or resource provided by a company or individual other than BankProps may not be under BankProps' control.
15.2 We disclaim responsibility for the availability of external sites or resources and do not endorse any advertising, products, or other materials found on or available from them.
15.3 In this regard, you acknowledge and agree that BankProps is not liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of the availability of those external sites or resources or as a result of the reliance you place on any advertising, products, or other materials on, or available from, these websites or resources, or as a result of their completeness, accuracy, or existence.
16. Changes to the Terms
16.1 Occasionally, BankProps may change the Universal Terms or Additional Terms. BankProps will update the Universal Terms at (Terms of Service URL) and make the new Additional Terms available to you within the affected Services as soon as the changes are made.
16.2 BankProps will treat your use of the Services after the date on which the Universal Terms or Additional Terms have changed as acceptance of the updated Universal Terms or Additional Terms.
17. General legal terms
17.1 Occasionally, when you use the Services, you may use a service, download a piece of software, or purchase goods that are provided by someone else. Depending on the company or individual, you may have separate terms and conditions for using these other services, software, or goods. You will remain legally bound to these other companies or individuals if the Terms do not affect your relationship with them.
17.2 You and BankProps are bound by the Terms, which govern your use of the Services (except for any services provided by BankProps under a separate written agreement). The Terms completely replace all prior agreements between you and BankProps.
17.3 A notice from BankProps may be sent to you via email, regular mail, or posting on the Services, including notices regarding changes to the Terms.
17.4 The failure of BankProps to exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy outlined in the Terms (or which BankProps has the benefit of under any applicable law) will not be taken as a formal waiver of the rights of BankProps and BankProps will still be able to exercise those rights and remedies.
17.5 Any provision of these terms that is ruled invalid by any court of law with jurisdiction to do so will be removed without affecting any other provision of these terms. All other terms and conditions will remain valid and enforceable.
17.6 Neither the Terms nor your relationship with BankProps under them shall be governed by the conflict of law’s provisions of the State of Andhra Pradesh. To resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms, you and BankProps agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the counties of India, Andhra Pradesh, and Hyderabad. BankProps may still apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction, notwithstanding this.
